IDC: Uncle Sam Warms Up To Private Clouds; Spending To Hit $7.7 Billion by 2017

Uncle Sam is finally warming up to private cloud services – big time. A report from IDC predicts federal spending on private clouds will reach $1.7 billion in FY2014 and almost quadruple to $7.7 billion by FY2017.
